remote access not working

my WAN address in router and WAN address in emby are both different is it the reason remote access not working when try from my mobile network with different internet connection

It could be double-NAT (chained routers) or CG-NAT.

yes i have verified and found out that my router provided by ISP has Double-NAT can you know how to bypass that or i have to get new router to make a bridge connection and and use the second router as public

If you have a single router in your home and have double NAT from the ISP (CG-NAT) then a second or replacement router will not fix the condition. If you have two active routers, yours behind the ISP router (chained routers) then yes, you can try to place the ISP modem/router in bridge mode.

You can request fixed/static IP from your ISP or may have to resort to a VPN service that allows inbound port forwarding or a tunnel solution like Cloudflare Tunnel.
