How do I change the theme or install a theme plugin with MB3C ?

I'm a long time paid MB2 and MB3 user -  but for some reason I can't get a theme installed into my classic on my desktop.

 

Take a look:

 

 

I have themes installed but I can't seem to make them work.

What else do I need to do ?   The configure is greyed out and I can't find any other place to set a theme.

As I stated in chat (for those who are wondering about this disjointed convo) the video looks like the paths are correct. It was the previous screenshot that was not correct. If it's giving errors once all paths are correct (as in the video) then it's probably a codec issue.
