Subtitles will not play I get unable to load subtitle ... they play fine in Plex.

Okay, those are closed captions and appear to be the type that the player we use does not currently recognize for some reason.  We have not yet determined exactly why.

Sorry my mistake they do not work. I had extracted to srt and that worked but deleting the extracted srt it does not play ... sorry for the confusion.
