Emby moving in slow motion on local Wi-Fi all of a sudden on my phone

Been watching One Piece at work for a while all of a sudden when at home and on work Wi-Fi it moves in slow motion, the audio track doesn’t move slow but the playback is moving slow

It also seems like it’s only happening to one piece , not my other titles … and it never happens while playing one piece through Wi-Fi on my firestick

thanks bro, it stopped suddenly but the judder was never consistent as to whether it was during wifi or LTE but it hasnt happened for a week now
