Cinema Mode not working in most instances

Hi,

 

I am seeing strange behavior with Cinema mode.  I have the necessary plugins installed and have configured appropriately on the server.  If I try playing a movie on:

 

1. the web interface using Chrome (desktop), everything works as expected.

2. the web interface using IE 11 (desktop), the trailers just do not play - goes straight to movie.  See logs named IE.zip:

3. MBT (3.0.5362.41853), I get two trailers playing for about 1-2 seconds each.  The trailers then get marked as watched on the server.  See logs named mbt.zip

4. the web interface using ios Safari (iphone 5s), the trailers do not play - straight to movie.  See logs named safari_ios.zip

 

I do not have MB Intros currently installed.

 

As a bit of an aside, I cannot even get the movie details page to load if I use Chrome in iOS.  Works fine until trying to view a movie detail then hangs.  No other navigation options work at this point.  I know things used to work in chrome ios. See log XXXX_chrome_ios.txt

well for #4 the blog was very clear. desktop browsers only. and they're not supported in IE. I forgot to mention that.

Point 3 is the big one for me.
