[Bugreport] Intro skip PIP not working

i hope this belongs here. if not, feel free to move

using emby with intro skip plugin installed on the server.
intro skip works as expected as long as it runs ont he android device fullscreen
as soon as i go to picture in pictore (PIP) the "skip intro" button becomes unclickable

screenshot made on samsung tab s6 (T865) running android 12 and ofc the latest emby version
"intro überspringen", german for "skip intro" is not clickable

p.s. it was a damn hot day
