artwork is not working in synology

i have more then 4000 covers of albums on my files but they dont show up on my library i tried to disable all of the metadata but that didint work it still keeps putting its own stuff or it puts nothing please help me anyone

Are these embedded images in the track or in the folder?  If embedded, you need to enable image extractor on Songs.

Can you go over a specific example?

And this is enabled by default, so there would only be a problem if it was turned off in library options.

@z4heshey if you click on your music library in Emby library setup, then scroll down to the Image Fetcher options. What Image Fetchers do you have enabled?
