GaryG 5 Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 Recently got a new router in my house, had to configure a few things, the last problem I have is, I have not been able to connect to two different Emby Servers. 1. My own server: LAN and or WAN 2. A different server: WAN Whats strange is that I cannot connect to either server via the EMBY app on my android phone WIFI turned off on phone. I have tried direct connect as well as connecting via EMBY Connect. Stranger is the TV's in my house can connect, via WIFI. Its not a firewall issue ive turned off firewall and still cannot connect. I set up Port forwarding in my router, but Im not sure its right. Screenshot attached. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Happy2Play 9783 Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 If devices on LAN cannot connect to server it is a firewall issue. If clients can connect on LAN then a WAN issue is port forwarding or double nat or possiby provider cg-nat. Emby Connectivity What Router model?

Usually you'll need to configure the LAN address to forward to. How did you configure that?
