Cannot add new library, Content-type field just flashes

I'm trying to add a new library.  When I click on the Content Type dropdown field the choices list just flashes and then goes away.  So I cannot specify the type and cannot add a library.  Has anyone experienced this?  Does anyone hace any ideas on how I can debug this?

I'll try looking at the page html/script in the chrome debug inspector.

Emby server version: 4.7.1.0

I was able to get past this problem by editing the html such that my choice/option was the default.  Then that choice appeared in the box and I was able to continue.

P.S.  The problem went away when I closed the browser and re-opened it.  It must have been a bug in chrome.

Thanks for the link.  I had the exact same problem.  So maybe it *is* an emby intermittent bug.
