paid for plugins and both say expired

Hi i paid for cover art and ROC theme and both are saying expired
why is this I have added my key

Have you tried restarting the MB3 Server? I know that my ROC tends to state expired after an update, but restarting the server seems to cure this

Sometimes you will get that message if MB Classic can't communicate with the MB3 website to validate the license key.

If you go into the details for the plug-ins from the plug-in catalog in the dashboard, do they report as registered there?

 

What does the supporter key page for your dashboard look like?  Any warning messages on it?

You aren't registered for CoverArt, it appears.  Looks like you only registered the upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 which is only valid if you were registered for 2.0.
