Is it possible to add covertart treatment to strm files? They look a bit bare without any treatment

But they are after they actually have Media Info.  So without probing all strm files beforehand no info exists to treat them.

Or are you looking for some generic treatment to let you know this is an unknown quality strm file that will change after first play?

It may be possible with some of the treatment styles but not all of them.  As Happy said, this is only temporary as, once the actual file is probed, the proper treatment will be applied.
