how come, i can only play 60sec on my dreamtv mini? Dreamtv runs on Android 9.0 .previously I could play full track

Not familiar with that device, but seeing it runs on Android 9.0 I'd guess your AndroidTV client app two-week trial has expired, to continue, for full playback app unlock (one-time payment) or Premiere subscription is required.
