Problem to connect emby.media web or server... but with vpn ok

On my computer from some day i cannot connect to:

https://emby.media/community/index.php

http://app.emby.media/#!/startup/selectserver.html

so i try Vpn and without problem connect to these http.

I dont change anything on my modem/router and my dns are google. My line is Fiber Telecom Italia

Has something changed or what? Because I honestly don't want to buy a vpn

I try also to change DNS on router with Cloudflare, OpenDNS  but not solved

Hi, that's not good. Is this from your server machine? Have you tried from a different device on your local network?

No this is happened from my computer for 2/3 days, when i search to connect to 

https://emby.media/community/index.php

http://app.emby.media/#!/startup/selectserver.html

But today with surprise  not happened and i can connect without vpn
