thunderclap 52 Posted July 7, 2022 Posted July 7, 2022 (edited) This has happened a couple times where a user is still showing as Now Playing but obviously isn't. This is what has been showing for nearly 24-hours now, and unlike when someone is actually playing a video there is no way for me to remotely stop them. Is this a bug? Something on their end? Any ideas? I just want to make sure bandwidth isn't being wasted. Edited July 7, 2022 by mbuhmann Hide IP

Luke 42085 Posted July 9, 2022 Posted July 9, 2022 Can you please provide the previous server log? Whatever happened must have been at an earlier time because there is no activity from those in the server log you provided. Thanks.

Luke 42085 Posted July 11, 2022 Posted July 11, 2022 Do you know when they started playing? it doesn't look like it was in this log either.

Sorry for the late reply; it's been a busy couple of days. I noticed it on 7/6 in the late afternoon and that it was still stuck on 7/7. It hasn't happened since so maybe it was a fluke? I'll keep an eye on the system and if it happens again will let you know.
