Issue with remote user access on new server

So I recently reloaded my OS and reimported my backup from the original server.. All is working ok for local user.. I have one user which is remote and was originally invited through emby connect couple years back. They have an emby connect account which they used to log in and can see the new server.  As soon as they select the new server, they get a popup for local sign in.   I see them in the users tab on the server, however no matter what they try, they are not able to log in.. Any suggestions on how to possibly connect at this point? I included the log in case anything might show there

Please go ahead and close this post.. i realized after the fact that for some reason the port was being blocked on my router.. i just opened it up and it's working ok
