Black Screen when the app is just openning

Some of my families have Android TV, and sometimes they open the app and it is stuck on black screen. Just when they reinstall the app can login and can watch the content.

Hi.  You do not need to re-install the app when that happens.  Just go into the settings on the device and "Force close" the app and then it should start normally again.  Sometimes, hitting keys repeatedly on that screen will also cause it to force close.

I would suggest that these users go into the app settings and select an auto logoff time of an hour.  That will most likely prevent that issue from occurring anymore.
