Is there a way to create a generic configuration for new users?

Say I wanted every new user to have forced settings to disable subtitles. Is this possible? If not, where can this be requested as a feature?

i.e. if /config/users/userId/config.xml does not exist, use a default template from say, /config/users/config.xml (or somewhere on system settings).

Well yes the system will create the same default setting for all user but don't believe it is exposed.

A request already exists.

FR: copy user / user templates

Not idea but one can do this with Server Configuration Backup plugs as you would create a template user, then restore their setting to every new user you create.  But plugin is for Emby Premiere.

None Premiere user have the same concept but has to be done manually by copying user folder contents from one user to another, then starting Emby.
