I have a problem with Transcode, it processes the video every time - I need a way to add the video in several formats - or keep the cache and use it when playing the video for the second time
Or the way to transcode once for all videos instead of transcoding every time the video is played

Have you looked at the convert feature? it sounds like you are asking, a way to have multiple versions o a movie with different bitrates to reduce transcoding.
