Emby Theater: Allow Playlist items to drag up better (or mouse scroll)

Right now if I have a huge (let's say 50+) item playlist, it's really easy to drag items from top to bottom - I literally just drag it to the bottom and it'll keep scrolling.

But if I try to do the reverse - drag an item towards the top, instead I generally get stuck and it won't keep scrolling.

 

Alternatively please allow usage of my mouse scrollwheel to also scroll up/down the playlist. Right now when you're dragging something, your mouse scrollwheel is disabled.

 

I'm currently using Emby Theater 3.0.15 and am using Desktop display mode.
