Movies with EAC sound garbled

Hi,

I have envy server latest version running on Synology. Tcl 835 TV plays everything fine with the exception of EAC. Sonos beam is soundbar via HDMI arc. 

I have another tcl 715 tv that I replaced with the tcl 835 that didn't have the issue. I can play content on vlc without issue.

Is there a way to change the media player envy defaults to? Or is there a setting I am missing to handle eac ? Thanks
