Transcode Temp not clearing out automatically

Noticed that the temp was folder getting larger.

When does Emby delete those files? Is it time based; size based?

If they are not being cleaned up after a properly stopped playback session, then the only time the folder will be cleared is a Emby server restart as that is part of the startup routine.
