Switched from Emby-next-gen to EmbyCon and nothing will play

I'm running EmbyCon 1.10.21 on Kodi 19.3, both on the same Windows 10 machine as the Emby server. I've tried with direct playback enabled and disabled. Whenever I try to play something I just get the spinning circle. Sometimes I eventually get the "One or more items failed to play..." message, other times it just spins indefinitely.

Here's the relevant part of the Kodi log:

Any idea what's going on here? I can use Emby-next-gen, but I'd prefer to use EmbyCon if possible.

Hi, can you please attach the complete kodi log file? thanks.

the address 1287.0.0.1:57342 looks like the internal address the nextgen addon uses.

To switch to EmbyCon you will need use the Addon video nodes to navigate and play your media, EmbyCon does not sync your media items to the local Kodi DB.

Okay, that makes sense. I had a custom layout I created while using Emby-next-gen, so that's probably it.

However, I just reran Embruary setup and setup a new layout using EmbyCon and it still appears to be using the internal address from nextgen. For example, playing from the Next Up widget gives me the same error. You can see how the widgets are setup in the attached image.

Any idea what I'm missing here?

I've attached the entire log file in case that's helpful...

Its still probably using the internal kodi media db that was synced. You need to clear out all your local media entries in your kodi db.

That was part of it. I also found that the Next Up functionality was deprecated on the server (but you can work around it by creating a custom widget). After clearing out the db and fixing the widget, everything seems to be in order. Thanks!
