Luke 42077 Posted June 19, 2022 Posted June 19, 2022 Hi, what install process are you using? What model is this?

FrostByte 5392 Posted June 19, 2022 Posted June 19, 2022 You're installing the armv5 spk for DSM6 then?

Luke 42077 Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 Is any emby server log file generated under /var/packages/EmbyServer/var/logs If you try to start via ssh, is there an error message? via ssh /volume1/@appstore/EmbyServer/bin# ./emby-server /var/packages/EmbyServer/var

Luke 42077 Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 OK this is a 10 year old NAS. I'm not sure how realistic it's going to be to get this to work.
Elmo299 4 Posted June 23, 2022 Author Posted June 23, 2022 I just removed Beta 4.8 and manually installed 4.7.4.0. It runs!

Luke 42077 Posted June 29, 2022 Posted June 29, 2022 Hi, can you try re-downloading the beta from our website and let us know how that compares? Thanks.

alucryd 315 Posted July 19, 2022 Posted July 19, 2022 @Elmo299 Please give the latest beta a try, we've dialed back the kernel requirements for all mono packages. 1
gouveialcc 1 Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 I have a m1 macbook and a VM with debian 11 buster. I used the UTM virtual machine to install Debian 11. I was only able to load the emby server using some desktop like cinnamon, lxde or gnome. Using just the CLI (bash) doesn't work. 1
Luke 42077 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 @Elmo299 can you try again with the latest release? (stable or beta). Thanks !
