Add mute command support?

I'm working on a requested plugin that mutes the audio at times during playback.  It's working pretty well, but when someone tried it on a Roku (not sure which model, but could find out if it would be helpful) 

e.Session.Capabilities.SupportedCommands.Contains("Mute")

returns false.  

I noticed in the testing area of this forum that an update to the Roku client is being tested,  @ebr any chance mute could become a supported command?

In the past this was not possible but @speechles can investigate if it is now.  I know there is a property now that looks like it would do this but I've seen reports that it doesn't actually work...

It looks like we can support this possibly, but only on certain models. We can also possibly also allow the volume-up and volume-down commands as well as volume-mute. Stay tuned.

It seems I spoke a little bit too soon. We will most certainly be able to accomodate the mute and unmute of the sound. The rest though (VolumeUp, VolumeDown, SetVolume) are a work in progress and may not be possible yet.
