Lost power to my NAS and now my libraries won't update

Hi all.

I lost power to my NAS (yes, I had a UPS but the power outage was long enough and I couldn't make it back to the machine to power down).

So after the power came back online Emby started up before the NAS were ready and my movies/shows are no longer there.

The server seems to be stuck on "convert media", "Transfer Media" and "Download Subtitles" processes (see screenshot)

 

When I try to stop those and start a library, Emby locks up with no information in the logs, not even with Debugging turned on.

I tried restarting Emby and letting it run but it never scans my library and seems to be stuck.

How can get Emby to rescan my libraries?
