Video is not 4K & default setting is 4K, playback impossible

If the video is not 4K and the default setting is 4K, playback becomes impossible.

In the case of PC, if you press View from the start, the setting is reset and you can change the default setting to 1080P, but there is no such option in LG TV, so video playback is impossible. In other words, there is no 4K, so it is still buffering and there is no way to bypass it.

The fundamental solution seems to be to automatically lower the setting to a lower level when playback is not possible.
