Hi, looks like something is blocking the server's ability to contact tvdb. Typical causes of this are firewall, security software or VPN. I would look at what's going on on the server machine.

@Luke I have ebmy server exclude from the vpn tunnel and other apps i need to exclude

Have you verified that the VPN bypass is actually working?

Cant get it to work I just paid for premier too I will have to ask for a refund if we cant get it too work. Works fine with plex. I turned off my vpn and fire wall and still does not work and re installed

I had it working for a sec but noticed my collections were 1 off. So I deleted the library and readded it back. now back to square one nothing loads and has a new error

OK those errors are related to the intro detection feature. For now I would just try turning that feature off, and then restart the library scan.

In the options for each library under the Marker Detection heading. It is off by default so you must have enabled it.

cant find it Marker Detection heading in any of my librarys. even used find found nothing

stuck on 87% for 2 or 3 hours now so not really
