Time/Date not preserved on image files uploaded via CameraUpload

As the Title says, the Date and time of the files are not preserved when the file is uploaded.  Instead, the timestamp is set to the time when the file was uploaded.

Hi, we don't set the date modified timestamp of the file when uploading. Maybe we should, but that's not something we've ever done.
