Newb help with library folder / drive change

I'm obviously not very tech savvy as I can't seem to figure out something that I'm guessing is quite easy.

I had to move all my media files to a larger drive in a different port with a different drive letter. I've spent an hour logged in to my Emby account and searching the forum, but I still can't figure out how to navigate to the section where I can choose the new drive. Can anyone give me a step by step? Thanks!

Settings>Library, edit any library. 

Note that if drive letter/folder structure change, all items will have to be rescanned/readded as if new.

Yes, that is what I am trying to do. How do I have Emby stop scanning the old drive and start scanning the new one?

Under "Folders" section, remove old path(s)/add new path(s).

Is this the right location? It's showing the old library. What do I do from here?

Right-click anywhere on library thumb or mouse hover left click three dot menu lower right corner>Edit.
