DJX 18 Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 Hi My setup: DS920 2 x WD 4TB I solely use Emby for home photos and videos. I access it locally using Android Emby App and Chromecast. Remote clients via Android App. I browsed my library yesterday and it was very frustrating to click a photo in a random library and have to wait about 5 seconds for it to show up full screen, especially since I now know that Emby obtains a lower resolution image than the original (other thread) What improvements can I make to improve the performance for when I click a photo to make it show full screen. Also when I click into a photo folder I haven't been in for a while or at all, then I notice my CPU goes crazy as it tries to load the photos in folder view.
Luke 42078 Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 Hi there, we are looking into improving this. Thanks. 1
