Automatic subtitle fetch not working

Hi.
I have opensubtitles, Subdivx and Subscene as subtitle providers.
I can manually get the subtitles for movies on the title screen (edit subtitles function)

But Emby does not automatically download my library sobtitles when running the scheduled task.

Attached is my error log.

Emby Server running on Windows  7 x64

Thanks in advance!

Hi Luke. Everything is configured. Please check the log.

Configured how exactly?

English and Spanish subtitles download, no exact match required, on the 3 subtitle sources added.

Tried also deactivating open subtitles (in case that the opensuntitle plugin stopped working with their new beta site) with same results.

Did you try downloading something manually?

Manually works perfectly. Shows and downloads subtitles from all my sources.

Well I can see that you'll need to let the developer of the SubdivX plugin know that they'll need to issue a compatibility update for 4.7.

Is this issue already fixed? For me the scheduled task isnt downloading any subtitles, too (OpenSubtitles).

But when manually downloading it works fine.

You could try contacting the developer, as Luke suggested before.

Hi!
The subdivx plugin worked at least some months ago. I migrated to a seedbox so I dont know if it still works, but you can write the developer, is a very nice and friendly guy.

Regarding Emby not downloading automatically from open subtitles, this worked for me:

- Shutdown emby server
- Find the opensubtitles plugin dll and delete it
- Restart your PC (Just in case)
- Start emby and download the opensubtitles plugin again
- Go to plugin settings and enter your opensubtitles username and password. Dont worry if you see that the entered password changed to a long string of random characters, this is normal.
- Try again and see if it works.

Good luck!

Hi there, we're happy to help, but first, we need to determine what the problem is.

Thanks !

I tried what victor said, but that did not work. How can I contact the developer? I could not find an email adress.

Here is the log.
