Connection Failure after install

Hi.

I'm new to Emby (after getting waaay to fed up with Plex). I set up the server on my desktop. Added some librarys/folders. Then downloaded the App for my LG TV. Accessed the server no problem and the content. Tested all worked. So then I downloaded the app for my Android phone. Seemed to work as well. I thought this was all great so decided to sign up to Premium. Paid. Then I went on my Android app again and got a connection failure. Went and checked my LG TV App. Same problem. I went through all the troubleshooting connection guide suggestions. No good.

So this morning I installed the server on my laptop. Connected to it fine with my phone app. Had a notification on the server homepage to restart the server. Which I did. Then got connection failure on my phone. It all seems very weird.

Please can anyone help?  I've attached the latest couple of logs.

Hi.  Exactly which steps succeeded and failed there?

One thing to quickly check would be to be sure that the network connection on the server is marked as "Private" and NOT Public.

Thank you. In fact I looked again at my firewall settings and realised that not all the Emby rules were correctly checked.  Problem solved. Thanks
