Solved the mystery on my Formuler GTV and Emby

Hey guys

Well I finally solved the mystery once and for all why some of my devices including my Formuler GTV Android TV box was having framerate issues when playing 1080p HEVC mp4 files. I kept fine tuning stuff within the emby server and even tried tinkering inside the ATV emby app. Low and behold the whole problem was the fact that the container was mp4. As soon as I converted it to mkv using the mkvtool it played no problem on the GTV and a few other devices. For some reason certain devices do not like HEVC mp4 videos. My shield played them fine but certain devices didnt like them. So before u start tinkering with your server or app try remuxing into a mkv container it makes a world of difference. I appreciate everyones help a few months back when I posted about this (I couldnt find the actual post) But thanks to this great community the riddle has been solved
