Audio Issues

For some weeks I've been experiencing some channels default to the SAP audio stream even though the audio selection is set to the primary English stream.  I have to set it to the SAP stream to get the primary stream.   The first couple of seconds after tuning into the channels the audio is correct but then switches.  The is happening on the Emby app for Fire TV and Android but doesn't happen watching on my web browser.  I last tune into channel 737 at 9:45p today

Also I'm seeing some serious lip sync issues.

My tuner is a HDHomerun Prime

Ok. I installed the android app on my fire stick and am still seeing the same issues. Also closed captioning doesn't work.

Yes I have updated to 4.7.5 and yes I'm still having the same issue

Yes. The issue persists.
