The current user does not have access to the thumbnail pointed to by the picture arrow
It comes from a media library that the current user is not allowed to access

The style of the current media library. The content of the current media library should be displayed
The style menu of my movie library shows the content of the TV Library

OK yes the auto-generated thumbnails are not user-specific, they are the same for all users. So currently this is a known issue. You can always set your own image for them using the image editor.
