Xbox Series S Stuttering HEVC

I’m having some issues with stuttering only when direct playing HEVC (h.265) files.

I was trying to shrink my library a bit so I have been using Handbrake to change over to h.265  MKV but I’ve noticed it has hiccups when using Xbox’s. I encountered this issue on Plex as well with a Xbox One X so at the time I figured they didn’t support it, and now the issue happens with Emby as well. 

So far every other device I’ve tested seems to run them smoothly. (Android TCL TV, Shield TV, Tivo 4K, and Samsung TV App.)

I’ve looked at stats for nerds on XBSS and no dropped frames occur but there is a noticeable stutter to those videos.

Any ideas?

Sorry Luke, I somehow missed your response. What type of example are you asking for? I'm not really sure what information you'd like.

I believe it's an issue on the Xbox's end, but I'm not really sure, I figured someone might have some more information in the forums, and apologies if this wasn't the correct place to post the topic.
