Samsung TV App, No Audio played on any newly added files

Any files ive added to the server the last couple of weeks plays just fine on the server computer. However when i attempt to watch them via the app on my samsung tv there is no sound.

Im not sure how to show you that the video file plays without audio

Logs, media info, tv model, server version…..

See the pinned post on how to report a problem with the Samsung app.  It includes all things mentioned by SamES and will help in figuring out what the problem is.

OK, it's the same problem as this.  Are you aware that you have a 4Mbit limit on your stream?  If you remove that it will DirectPlay which will resolve your immediate issue.  

We're working on a fix to resolve this issue when transcoding
