Upgraded to 4.7.1.0, Left Admin menu only showing metadata?

I recently upgraded from 4.6.4.0 (I think that was the version?) to 4.7.1.0, and this server is on Ubuntu Linux.

Additionally recently the storage on the system ran out of space (due to transcode) and I had to repair my admin status for my user, which looks to be solved, but may be relevant to this issue (but it may be an upgrade regression, unsure).

In the left hamburger menu under Admin I only see "Metadata", whereas previously I would expect a lot more options including Manage Server, Library, etc.

In the top right, when I click on my user avatar I see Manage Emby Server, and then I seem to be able to go to the normal Admin section as I would expect it.

Is this change in the left Hamburger menu intentional, or is something not quite right here? Unsure if regression due to upgrade, or something else.

Hi, it's just eliminating a little redundancy. Even without that there's still multiple ways to get there.
