Can't play HD videos from outside network

Hi how are you ?

I have a weird bug.

I cannot play any HD movies on any on my devices when I'm not on the same network.

I always get the error : no compatible streams are currently available...

 

I unchecked streams with transcoding on my account, because I don't need transcoding, and it's working well if I'm at home.

Hi, I would try reenabling the transcoding options and see if that helps.
