Kimballslice1890 8 Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 Just got a Verizon Stream TV Soundbar on sale through my FiOS subscription https://www.verizon.com/products/verizon-stream-tv-soundbar/ Emby works fine, navigates okay. All my media files stream just fine. However, none of the media "art" loads. Everything is just a gray box with the media title in it. I have multiple fire sticks, Google TV sticks (various brands including Google itself) and a Samsung Google TV. All work flawlessly. Cannot figure out why this device specifically has this issue. Tried reinstalling app. Clearing cache and even adding additional permissions for Emby to have access to media and files on the device. Any thoughts here?

Kimballslice1890 8 Posted June 1, 2022 Author Posted June 1, 2022 Sounds good. Switching to the LAN IP address resolved the issue. I will flip it back to the WAN domain address to produce the log.

If your server is trying to use IPv6 that would be why the images won't load. The image processor we're using doesn't support v6.
