chuck_wooder 0 Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Every time i try to play a 4k video, this screen pops up and kicks me out of the playing screen and takes me back to homepage. how do i fix this? please help, i am unable to enjoy my fa. shows because of this :((

BillOatman 596 Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 @chuck_wooder If it is a share, the owner likely has a 4K section and a non-4K section. If so, pick something in the non-4K. If you believe your device is 4K capable, that's another issue altogether.

Then just ask the share owner to get a non-4K version. If (s)he is not allowing transcodes of 4K to non 4K, that's a reasonable request of a customer.
