One movie not playing

Hey,

For some reason this one movie won't play on Roku players. I have tried a Roku in network, as well as one outside the network. 

In addition I AM able to view the movie on the Emby app on my android phone. Attached are the logs w/ the errors. 

Using Version 4.8.0.0 beta

Any help would be great, thanks!

Hi, what time did the problem occur? What happens on screen?

It happened a couple of times, but around 16:59 was the most recent one. And the screen just has the scroll wheel, then says: "Playback error. Too many errors. Moving on..." 

If I watch the Dashboard, it looks like it starts playing it 2 or 3 times, gets to 15 seconds and resets each time until the error.

That doesn't necessarily follow - it may be that the different capabilities of the Roku are such that server has to do something different for only the Roku, and the problem might be in that.

This is why providing a log from the server is so useful!
