Problems in Emby server Android on Android 12

Hi, this is not from the same time period as when you tried to play. Please try this: restart emby server, then create the problem again, and then please supply both the ffmpeg and emby server log files from that time period.

Hi, is this a new install of Emby Server on Android, or were you running Emby Server 4.6 before?

I don't remember exactly which version I used before, but I do remember it was the beta. I updated to version 4.8.0.0 (beta) and then installed 4.7.1.0, neither worked. The server worked normally on Android 11.

It only stopped working when I updated to Android 12.

Hola. A mi me sucedió lo mismo y ahora que lo dicen también fue desde que actualice a Android 12. También instale la beta y la última versión estable del servidor pero no se soluciono. Una solución "parcial" es editar el perfil de usuario en Media Playback pero de esa forma obtenemos video pero no audio ni subtitulos:

Pude solucionarlo.

Haciendo lo mismo que arriba (desactivando la transcodificacion de audio y video) pero con la versión beta 4.8.0.7 de emby server para Android.

Hello. If transcoding is not disabled, the error "there are no compatible streams" is generated and it does not work. I am also having an additional problem. Subtitles are not displayed. They are correctly renamed since I am testing a series that worked for me before updating to Android 12.

OK yes our server ffmpeg build does not yet support android 12. We are still working on that. Thanks.

Unfortunately with the new beta it doesn't work for Android 12 either.
