Best/easiest way to run two Emby servers on the same network ?

I want to be able to compare two different quality versions of the same media file quickly please. To see which one looks better on the TV.

 

Unless you can play two different media files side by side on the same tv ?

Hi.  Why do you need two servers for that?  Just have two versions of the media file.  Play one, stop it, switch to the other, play it.  Two servers wouldn't allow you to switch any quicker...
