Scan problem

Hello,

Is the scan function broken in Emby server 4.7.1.0 for windows? I've been trying to rescan my library for several days but it's stuck at 87%. nfo's are present as are jpg's, srt's and mp4's.
I also do not get any images during the identification process.

Emby server overinstalled but no improvement.

Very annoying

Can this be solved?

HI there, it appears to be doing work. I would just be patient and allow the scan to finish. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
