gbone8106 25 Posted May 27, 2022 Posted May 27, 2022 (edited) I have a UN65HU8550 with OneConnect box. Has always played 4k HDR content direct play no issues. After updating to 1.2.8. same movies are now transcoding citing "video resolution not supported". I have deleted the app, and reinstalled the 1.2.7 version and its back to playing those same 4k movies direct play, any idea what could be causing that in 1.2.8? embyserver (1).txt Edited May 27, 2022 by gbone8106 file added

After pressing 'play' nothing happens - just the circle is turning and the EMBY app freezes). No information about this operation in log file. Tomorrow i'll update to 1.2.8 and i'll check that is problem with app version or device. Can i downgrade to 1.2.7?
