WAN access results in "Connection Failure"

So i have an issue where everything runs fine after restarting the server, but then randomly all WAN access will result in "Connection Failure".  LAN access continues to work fine.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

im not exactly sure.  longer than 10 minutes but within an hour

just updated it and restarted the server.  I will let you know in an hour or so, and then sometime tomorrow

How long did it take after starting the server for there to be a problem?
