Subtitles Problem on Direct Play or Transcoding disable

I want to report an issue with the emby app for LG Smart TV,

Mkv Files don't show subtitles when Direct Play or Transcoding not enabled to users... don't work with embeded or with .srt files extracted.

I did many tests by myself, new server version works with TS links not HLS, so I switched to TS all ... anyway, server keep connecting to the origin and not doing any transcoding or remux, but still crashing when 20-25 devices playing some media.

Hi, HLS works just fine. Can we please look at a specific example? Are you using the Emby LG app or the web app ?
