hemsimmons 0 Posted May 23, 2022 Posted May 23, 2022 I've looked everywhere for a general topic on search criteria with no luck. Is there a way to search multiple criteria at the same time? Like "Comedy" and "Action" --- to find Action Comedies?
ebr 16195 Posted May 23, 2022 Posted May 23, 2022 Hi. You can search by multiple criteria but, within the same criteria type (e.g. genre, tag) items are OR'd and between different criteria, they are AND'd.

That ain't feasible, as you very well know for how long I've been trying to get that.

On the media web server with a browser, I search for Romance AND Comedy and get nothing, but there are many media contents with both genres. That said, as stated here: On 5/23/2022 at 11:01 AM, ebr said: within the same criteria type (e.g. genre, tag) items are OR'd and between different criteria, they are AND'd If you filter on single criteria (i.e. Genres) - results are ORed, if you do it on multiple criteria (i.e. Genres+Tags+Resolution), each criteria ORed results are ANDed.
