Can't log in or reset password

If I try to reset password I get "Please try again within your home network to initiate the password reset process."

 

But I AM on my home network.

Hello!

Wanted to piggyback off this thread - i am stuck here as well - here is my weblink.  I just don't recall my password and have no way of resetting it?  I am able to log in through emby connect, but changing that password does not change the password for the local user on my machine - so ... hopefully there is some way to adjust this password?

Never mind - i tried from the user side and it made a local file for me to work with - resolved for me, thanks!

If you can log in with Connect then why can't you just go to settings-users and change the user password?
